NATURLANDIA
HOSTEL RESERVATION
1- The reservation of the services of the
NATURLANDIA HOSTEL (COTA 1600) will entail the acceptance of each and every one
of the present general terms and conditions.
2- Resolution of the contract or
cancellation of the reservation: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by
credit card. The cancellation fees are variable according to the reserved rate
and the dates in advance of the cancellation.
Confirmed reservations will be guaranteed
until 10pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 22:00, it is necessary to
inform the establishment. In case of cancellation after 48 hours prior to the
scheduled arrival, or no show, at the NATURLANDIA HOSTEL (COTA 1600), the first
night may be charged as cancellation fees and the rest of the nights will be
canceled. In addition, at specially marked parties, the NATURLANDIA HOSTEL
(COTA 1600) reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation on
the credit card provided.
3- Prices per room and night: Prices are
only valid in writing and during the period indicated by the latter. THE

prior notice.
4- The NATURLANDIA HOSTEL (COTA 1600)
reserves the right to modify these general conditions.
5- If the NATURLANDIA HOSTEL (COTA 1600)
could not provide the contracted service for reasons that were not attributable
to it, or due to force majeure, the user will be reimbursed for the amount paid
for the reservation.
